Hows my training going for my next race

Training is going well prep for marathon when you have trained for a marathon is hard.  You need to get going again by cycling slow long distances and thats what i have done.  120 miles in last week.  My body doesn’t feel like it just done a marathon anymore! I just need the tightness in my hamstring to go.  I am paranoid about them pulling.  FRA relays this weekend and my debut for CVFR and i hope to have don a long run during the week before it and call that my long run to keep me ticking over.  I have lots to look forward to over the next few weeks.  Marathon, 6 days rest – Ultramarathon, then cross country and full tour of Pendle if I am still moving at that stage.
